Accompanying Qualification Elements
We support you in reflecting on your professional role and deepening aspects of the program that are particularly relevant to you through self-study. In a structured self-reflection process, you will review your learning progress and shape your own learning process in a needs- and impact-oriented way.
Two job shadowing placements enable you to get to know new perspectives and areas of work and to exchange best practices with colleagues from other units or organizations. In total, a job shadowing period of ten days is planned. You are responsible for planning your job shadowing. The job shadowing takes place during working hours.
You will meet regularly with other participants to exchange experiences and advise each other. You will reflect on your (learning) experiences in a structured way and discuss common challenges in your day-to-day work as a science manager. By exchanging and discussing ideas with the other participants, you will gain valuable insights from different perspectives.
Your personal career coaching with a professional coach supports you in planning your personal and professional development and proactively managing your career. Together with your coach, you will assess your current position, plan the next steps in your professional development and develop attractive career prospects.
Participation in the TUM Digital Transformation Manager enables you to apply the content of the course program together with your colleagues to specific issues from your everyday work. This takes place as part of a practical transfer day after each Shared Learning Space.
