TUM Incubator
Embedded in Munich's dynamic innovation ecosystem, TUM Incubator is a thriving hub for creativity and research, fostering entrepreneurship and cutting-edge technology with resource-efficient infrastructure, relevant content and valuable networking opportunities.

The TUM Incubator covers a total area of almost 1000 square meters and offers prospective founders workplaces in individual as well as open-plan offices (open space). In addition to the free use of space, TUM Incubator also provides start-up teams with access to the TUM Start-up Community as well as workshops, coaching sessions and events.
As part of the Entrepreneurship Center at the Garching research campus, the TUM Incubator is located in the immediate vicinity of the TUM Start-up consulting , the Entrepreneurship Reserach Institute, UnternehmerTUM GmbH, the High-Tech Prototype Workshop MakerSpace, as well as all research offerings at the Garching campus.

Flexible workspace for your needs
Our open-space co-working area is designed to encourage collaboration and creativity among start-ups and provides a dynamic environment where ideas can flow freely. For start-ups that have received government funding, we also provide private offices to allow for more focused work. Thanks to this flexibility, start-ups can choose the working environment that suits them best.
Professional rooms for your negotiations
We offer two spacious meeting rooms that can comfortably accommodate over 10 people each. These professional environments are equipped with projectors, speakers and whiteboards and are ideal for your initial negotiations, investor meetings or strategic discussions. Designed to provide both privacy and comfort, these rooms are perfect for making important decisions and moving your startup forward.
Recharge your batteries & network with other founders
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to recharge your batteries, including an oven, fridge and high-quality coffee machine. The communal area with table tennis table and table football is the perfect place to relax, unwind and make meaningful connections with other start-ups.
Support your hardware startup with state-of-the-art tools
For startups working on hardware, we offer a dedicated hardware room equipped with the most important tools for prototyping and product development. In addition, our startups have free access to the renowned TUM MakerSpace, where they can use advanced machines, 3D printers and more to bring their innovative hardware solutions to life.
