Service Desk
TUM’s Service Desk is your personal point of contact with the TUM Center for Study and Teaching. You can get all the important information about studying at TUM at the Munich city campus.
You will find us in room 0501.EG.144 at Arcisstraße 21, where you find support from your contact persons in Student Advising and Information Services and the Admissions and Enrollment department.
We will be happy to help you in German or English. Please note the opening hours of both departments.
Please note: The Service Desk will not be available between 24 December 2024 and 1 January 2025.
Student Advising and Information Services
We are available to answer any general questions about studying at TUM. If we cannot provide the necessary information ourselves, we will be happy to put you in touch with the appropriate contact person. You can find all of our services and contact offers here.
You can also make an appointment with the General Student Advising here.
If you have scheduled an on-site appointment with General Student Advising or Academic Coaching, you will be received here.
Our opening hours are:
- Monday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (No student card replacement)
- Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Admissions and Enrollment
We are happy to help if you have any questions about formal matters relating to your studies.
You can contact us with questions and problems relating to application, enrollment as well as disenrollment and leave of absence.
Please note: It is not possible to collect your Student Card at the Service Desk after enrollment. You will receive your Student Card by mail at your German residence address.
Please contact the Service Desk only if you have to replace your existing student card due to loss, theft or damage.
