The quality management (QM) of study and teaching at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) comprises all management instruments used throughout the university to control all aspects relevant to the quality of study and teaching. It refers to the entire life cycle of degree programs and the related processes: from the development of new degree programs and their operation to their evaluation and further development.

The quality management manual (QM manual) for studying and teaching is constantly revised and serves all members of our university as a reference book with precise descriptions of the core and sub-processes.
