How do intelligent robots learn new skills? A visit to the AI Factory Bavaria

This event is already fully booked.
Please note that registration is no longer possible.

The AI Factory ("KI.Fabrik") is a kindergarten for intelligent robots. Here they learn together how to insert keys into locks or lay cables. When one robot has learned something, it immediately tells the others, so that they can do it too. Pretty clever! But because robots are not humans, this is called artificial intelligence, or AI for short. More than 70 robots are constantly active in the AI factory. Meet some of them on this excursion. Free entry

The visit to the AI Factory takes place in small groups in several time slots. More information on enrollment.

What is the KinderUni?

The Munich KinderUni offers exciting science lectures and events for children aged 7 to 12 at a different Munich university every semester. There, professors talk about what they are researching and are particularly knowledgeable about. In the winter semester 24/25, it will once again come toTUM.

The events usually last about an hour. Please make sure to be there about 15 minutes earlier. Then you can secure an entry in your student handbook before the lecture begins.
