Initiatives of the Deutschlandstipendium at TUM
We are committed! The scholarship gives students one thing above all: time. Many use some of it to get involved in society. Our partner initiative Talente Spenden creates a framework in which students can volunteer.
Talente Spenden
Talente Spenden was founded in 2014 by scholarship holders of the Deutschlandstipendium and has since developed into a committed and dynamic community of students whose aim is to make a positive contribution to society and the environment through a variety of social projects. Talente Spenden's projects include the development of software with social added value, blood donation campaigns, mentoring for refugees, book donations, support for senior citizens, career advice for school students, food distribution and many more. Together with Talente Spenden, the Deutschlandstipendium is shaping the future of our society - get involved!
We take social responsibility
The organization team and many of the participants in the Talente Spenden initiative are scholarship holders of the Deutschlandstipendium. Thanks to this funding, we can concentrate fully on our studies. Because the scholarship gives us one thing above all: time. We want to use some of this time to get involved in society. Since 2014, we have been working together with many other volunteers on various projects for our fellow human beings and nature.
The scholarship gave me time that I could use for my voluntary work.

Join Hands, Share Talent, Make a Difference!
Join Hands, Share Talents, Make a Difference! - The guiding principle of Talente Spenden is much more than just words. It stands for the versatility and collaboration that is at the heart of all Talente Spenden's activities. Talente Spenden thrives on its committed members who contribute their unique skills. Together, under the banner of Talente Spenden, they use their talents to bring about real, positive change in society.
I met great people at Talente Spenden, not just for our project, but also in general. It's so nice to see that people really take the time to make small changes.

It's a win-win situation for me: the financial support means I have more time for my voluntary work and can significantly reduce my working hours during exam periods.
