Scholarship for students who are affected by the war in the Ukraine

Students in need who are affected by the war in Ukraine can receive financial support in the form of a one-time payment in the summer semester of 2024. 

Requirements

• Enrollment in the summer semester 2024 at TUM in a bachelor’s or master’s study program
• Place of residence in Germany 
• Need
• Directly affected by the war in Ukraine

Application period

May 13 to May 31, 2024 

The allocation is expected to be announced at the end of August/beginning of September.

Documents for the application

• Explanation of the emergency situation

• Curriculum vitae

• Transcript of records (if available)

• Bank statements for the last two months
  Please give reasons for all incoming payments directly on the bank statements (e.g. salary, parental support, scholarship, loan, etc.)
  and, if applicable, further evidence (employment contract, internship contract, scholarship notification, loan agreement, BAföG notification, etc.)

• Blocked account (if available)

• Proof of income of the applicant
