Semester fees payment at Campus Heilbronn

Whether you are commencing or continuing your studies at the TUM Campus Heilbronn, you must pay your semester fees within the designated period before the start of each semester.

Cancellation of the semester ticket for students at Heilbronn campus in the winter semester 2024/25

Please note: For students at Heilbronn campus, the semester ticket will be cancelled as of winter semester 2024/25 on the initiative of the student representation.

The semester fee for winter semester 2024/25 is reduced from € 102 to € 85. If you have already paid the solidarity contribution of € 17, this will be automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to take any action.

Due to the abolition of the semester ticket at TUM Campus Heilbronn, student status no longer entitles you to travel on public transport. You must purchase the D-Ticket JugendBW or other tickets yourself. You can purchase tickets, for example, from the Heilbronn public transport company (www.h3nv.de/fahrscheine/fahrkarten-preise/d-ticket-jugendbw) or from Deutsche Bahn (www.s-bahn-rheinneckar.de/angebot/vrn-jugenticket-bw/).

Basic Student Union Fee

The basic fees must be paid every semester before students are permitted to enroll or re-enroll. Fees are also due for students taking leaves-of-absence from their studies. An exemption from these fees is not possible.

As of the winter semester 23/24, the basic contribution for the student union will be € 85.
