“I don't have the necessary talent for it” is what most people say when they are asked to present themselves in a job interview, moderate a round table discussion or give a presentation. It doesn't have to be like that! You have a choice. Dealing successfully with stressful situations is the result of good preparation and a balance of self-confidence, ability and emotionality. Instead of relying on luck and chance, in this workshop you will learn how to transform fear into positive energy.
You will learn how to control your body, behaviour, thoughts and feelings in pressure situations. Practical exercises and scientifically based methods will help you to control stage fright and presentation anxiety both physiologically and mentally. With the right preparation, you can appear, speak and present with confidence, even when all eyes are on you. Convince yourself and others of your knowledge and skills!
This course is solely taught in German.
