Science Slam of the Munich Clusters of Excellence

Curious about the origins of the universe, the secrets of the quantum, the mysteries of the brain and the future of sustainable energy? Researchers from the four Munich Clusters of Excellence (ORIGINS, MCQST, SyNergy and e-conversion) will compete against each other at the Science Slam and present insights into their research in an entertaining and easy-to-understand way.

At Bahnwärter Thiel, young scientists slam for all they're worth and provide insights into cutting-edge research in Munich: from the origins of the universe and the mysteries of quantum mechanics to the secrets of the brain and the pathways to sustainable energy. A total of eight doctoral students and postdocs from the four Munich Clusters of Excellence will compete against each other. And who will win? The audience decides!

The evening will be held in German and English. Admission is free.
