The Dieter Schwarz Stiftung has been in contractual negotiations with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and its School of Management since this summer, when  it decided on TUM as its collaboration partner in establishing a university site in Heilbronn. Today's signature of a Key Issues Paper by both parties marked the most important milestone on the way to making the TUM Heilbronn campus a reality. The extensive contractual document is currently in the final approval phase.

The TUM School of Management is one of the German-speaking sector's strongest Schools of Management when it comes to research. It is the national Number 1 in the renowned German Handelsblatt Ranking and constantly achieves leading positions in the CHE-Ranking (Bachelor). The School of Management has won the “Triple Crown”, i.e. has received all three decisive international accreditations: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. In order to earn these seals, Business Schools have to fulfill a variety of quality criteria including a high level of teaching staff qualifications, an international curriculum, close interaction with the business world and high levels of commitment to ethics and sustainability.
