Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities
The Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities is a community of scholars which serves to support the exchange and promotion of scholarly work.
With its promotion program “Junges Kolleg” (Young Academy), the academy supports young researchers and awards a number of prizes for exceptional scientific achievements, including the Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph von Schelling Prize. Researchers whose achievements have contributed to a significant expansion of knowledge in their field can be nominated for membership of the academy.
