Every year, the German Diversity Day, which was initiated by Charta der Vielfalt, takes place nationwide. This year, TUM is celebrating Diversity Days from May 26-28, 2025.
TUM was the first German university to sign Charta der Vielfalt in 2007. By signing the charter, TUM commits to creating a working environment that is free of prejudice and exclusion. The aim is to promote an open working culture based on inclusion and mutual respect.
