Bernhard Küster, Professor of Proteomics and Bioanalytics, is investigating the role proteins play in diseases and how this knowledge can improve therapy. Ute Weisz, Professor of Plant Proteins and Nutrition, is researching the question of how plant proteins can contribute to the nutrition of the future.
