Presenter
Prof. Dr. Julia Schnabel
Artificial intelligence is on everyone's lips, with new applications and providers coming onto the market every day. But how exactly does it work? What are its basic principles, when are we talking about artificial intelligence and where does it have its limits?
TUM Professor Julia Schnabel uses a few examples from the field of medicine to illustrate the functions of artificial intelligence.
Julia Schnabel is Professor of Computational Imaging and AI in Medicine. She studied computer science in Berlin and London, was a professor at Oxford and King's College London before being appointed to TUM and the Helmholtz Center in 2021.
