The settings are stored on your computer and not transferred to the server.

The sky over Norway

The winning photo in the photo competition of the TUM International Center: Johannes Rößler's impressive photo of the Northern Lights, also known as Aurora Borealis, lighting up the night sky over Tromsø, Norway.

This time, the motto of the photo competition was “Europe on my Mind”, focusing on photos that represent the diversity, the connectedness and the peculiarities of Europe and its people – and this year's winning pictures range from "simply beautiful" to "fascinating".

It was possible to submit photos taken during a stay abroad, or photos that capture the impressions of international students or employees during their stay in Munich, Germany, or Europe.

Photo calendar

Following a pre-selection by a TUM-internal jury, all TUM students and employees are able to cast their vote, and the most popular photos are featured in the photo calendar for the following year.

The winning pictures of 2018 can now be admired on the website of the International Center's photo competition.
