TUM4Mind Mental Health Awareness Days

Come to the Mental Health Awareness Days  for students - with eight different events:

• 6 online lectures on different topics such as ADHD, sustainable use of mental resources, or personal strategies in relation to the climate crisis.
• Movie double feature "Inside Out“, Part 1 and 2 in cooperation with tu film on November 5th at the Carl-von-Linde Auditorium on the City Campus. 
• In-person event "Why your brain needs your feet for thinking" on November 11th in the Immathalle on the City Campus.
