Design

If you use one of the color modes, the TUM website and its elements will be displayed in either dark or light.

The settings are stored on your computer and not transferred to the server.

Student Card and MediCard:

Got your ID?

Attention all TUM-freshers: did you already pick up your Student Card? You can get it at the <link https://portal.mytum.de/displayRoomMap?0140@0501>Service Desk of the SSZ</link>.

The Student Card has the following functions:

  • MVV-ticket
  • ID to enter the TUM's premises
  • Library-card (barcode on the back of the card)
  • Payment-function for student services / Mensa (e.g. for the Mensa, Cafeteria, …)

MediCard

Are you one of the TUM's students of Medicine? If so, you will be given a MediCard (in addition to the Student Card) for identification at the Klinikum rechts der Isar.

Just like the Student Card, the MediCard can be picked up between 9 am and 12 o'clock (Monday to Friday) and from 1 pm to 4 pm (Monday to Thursday) at the Service Desk of the SSZ, Main Campus.
