Registration for the 3rd TUM Student Club Fair

Participation in the TUM Student Club Fair is open to all TUM Student Clubs and is free of charge. Student representatives, TUM departments and TUM partners who offer support or services for TUM Student Clubs are also cordially invited. We look forward to seeing you!

Location: Magistrale of the Mechanical Engineering building at Garching campus
Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Set-up: 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Dismantling: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Booth design

The standard stand size per exhibitor is approximately 2.50 m x 2 m. We reserve the right to reduce the space available per stand (and vice versa) if demand is high.

Depending on availability, basic equipment for setting up the stand can be provided free of charge. Electrical outlets are permanently installed. You will need multiple sockets or extension cords to power your booth.
