Our Science Management MeetUp invites you to share your experiences, learn from and with each other, and develop concrete solutions and best practices for your daily work. On July 4, July 11 and July 18,  from 09:15 - 09:45, you will have the opportunity to address individual issues in a confidential setting and receive suggestions from your peer group in a structured and facilitated format. Benefit from the diverse perspectives and experiences of your peers and the open and trusting atmosphere of a small group.

Discuss with your colleagues about current issues and challenges you face in your daily work as a science manager at TUM: dealing with "difficult" employees, bridging the gap between different stakeholders, good self-management or the challenge of being innovative and creative despite a heavy workload.
