If you use one of the color modes, the TUM website and its elements will be displayed in either dark or light.

The settings are stored on your computer and not transferred to the server.

first-year students

The first-years’ event will take place in the open air on the square facing the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology at Garching Campus. President Thomas F. Hofmann will lead through the event. The university management, the deans, as well as the student representatives and selected student initiatives will introduce themselves. There will also be live music by the Munich band ,Capones' and beverages for the guests.

Participation: First-year students will receive an invitation from the organizing team regarding the event. The number of participants on the event site is limited to 6,500 students and the first 1,000 students will receive a TUM cap as a gift (admission starts at 02:00 p.m.).
