What’s new:

  • Lending periods will be extended by four weeks if there is no other reservation.
  • Granted extensions can no longer be revoked.
  • Possible extensions: twice for the loan collection and five times for textbooks.

What will remain the same:

  • The lending period of a book will be extended automatically if there is no other reservation.
  • The lending period for magazines is two weeks – without the possibility of an extension.

Your benefits:

  • You will no longer have to return library items on short notice on someone else’s request.
  • The fixed return deadlines are listed in your OPAC account.
