Workshop: Don't let fear feed fear

“I lack the talent for this” is what most people say when asked to present themselves in a job interview, moderate a roundtable discussion or give a presentation. It doesn't have to be that way! You have a choice.

In this workshop you will learn how to deal with stage fright and performance anxiety. Successful handling of stressful situations is the result of good preparation and a good balance of self-confidence, ability and emotionality. The course offers scientific facts and proven strategies as a counterpoint to superstition and home remedies - theory is combined with practical exercises.

The seminar will take place on Thursday, July 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday, July 12, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will be held in German.
